LO1 Short Film Proposal
PURPOSE The purpose of our film is to entertain the viewer, we want to create something that can keep the viewer entertained and captivated, to do this we will be using theory from the spectator ship theory's such as and leave them wanting more, there theories used will be based on The Frabkfurt school theory which states that the combination of sound and a large moving image, experienced in a dark room with attention focuses on the screen makes the audience feel like they're in the scene. F ORM AND GENRE The genre of our film will be horror, we hope to show this through certain lighting techniques, the use of sound, and the cinematography. The product we're making will be a short film ranging from 5 to 10 minutes.
